Short Description of the Organization / Department
H2Electro is a deep-tech startup using novel materials to develop cost-effective high-temperature electrolyser, helping to achieve the goals of green transition. Our aim is to produce cells and stacks for solid-oxide electrolyser with high efficiency and stability. The approach of H2Electro enables to significantly reduce the balance of plant costs of solid oxide electrolyser by the choice of the materials.

Nature of the placement work
There are many aspects, that need to be developed in the production of solid oxide electrolysers. The main tasks of the post-doc would be: 1. Up-scaling the production of solid-oxide electrolyser cells and stacks;
2. Optimisation of the processes in production, physical and electrochemical characterization of the product.
3. Development of production lines for solid oxide cells and assembly of the stacks.
The exact tasks of the post-doc are agreed before the start of the working period.
