MSCA-NET events for Widening Countries (WC)

The “widening countries” group receives increased support from the EU with the aim to spread research excellence all over Europe. Fifteen (15) EU Member States are eligible for this support: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Fourteen (14) Associated Countries are also eligible for Widening support: Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo*, Moldova, Montenegro, Republic of North Macedonia, Serbia, Tunisia, Turkey and Ukraine.

Additionally, for the purposes of the Horizon Europe Framework Programme, the participating organisations residing in one of the following outermost regions are also eligible for funding through the ERA : Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Réunion, Martinique, Mayotte and Saint-Martin (France), the Azores and Madeira (Portugal) and the Canary Islands (Spain).

Meet & Exchange Workshop

MSCA-NET organizes 4 workshops to exchange knowledge, ideas and best practice on MSCA related topics ( 2 online, 22 on site). The first one will take place on the 9th November 2022 in Bologna – Italy.

6 trainings will be organised during the lifetime of the project on MSCA novelties in Horizon Europe. The MSCA-NET project reimburses the participation of MSCA NCP.

Twinnings

As MSCA NCP, you can participate in one of the 10 twinning visits the MSCA-NET project organises during to meet with MSCA NCP mentors. The costs of your participation will be reimbursed.

Train the Trainers

One “Train the trainers” event will be organised per action (DN, PF, Cofund, SE, NIGHT) (is this true?) for the widening coutries. This training will also be open for members of the scientific community.
