The aim of the PF 2021 ESR analysis is to provide different angles regarding the evaluators’ comments: frequency of the comments on specific criterion and message types. The analysis also covers the comparison of the strengths and weaknesses regarding the scientific panels, type of action, and status of the project (Main List, Reserve List, and Below available budget).
