ESR Analysis of Staff Exchanges and COFUND 2021 on CIRCABC

The aim of the SE and COFUND 2021 ESR analysis is to provide different angles regarding the evaluators’ comments: frequency of the comments on specific criterion and message types. The analysis also covers the comparison of the strengths and weaknesses regarding the scientific panels and status of the project (Main List, Reserve List, and Below available budget). This analysis is confidential and only available for MSCA NCPs on CIRCABC.
