Are there any templates which outline procedures for conflict resolution in MSCA consortia? Specifically, procedures for how participants in the network, at different levels, can raise complaints and how those complaints need to be handled in a formal capacity?

There are no such templates beyond the standard consortium agreement template, such as the one provided by DESCA (https://www.desca-agreement.eu/desca-model-consortium-agreement/).
