Yes, it is possible as long as it is well described in the proposal. It will be assessed accordingly by the experts during the evaluations. However, this set-up should not be used to circumvent some other rules, like the 40% rule.
MSCA-NET is the project of the international network of MSCA National Contact Points (NCPs) financed under Horizon Europe.
Its objectives are: to improve, professionalise and harmonise services of MSCA NCPs and to simplify access of potential applicants to the Horizon Europe MSCA calls.
